Staff was very polite and prompt. He communicated well through text. Everything was clean, he inflated bounce castle and made sure it was clean before use. Very prompt in returning after the event for pick up. Would definititely rent from them again.

The slip n slide was a huge success! I booked online which was very simple. It did take a few days to get a confirmation, but once I got the call back, I was relieved! The guys showed up early to drop off so the kids could play sooner! Thank you we will be renting again next year for sure!

The fire station combo was amazing! My son had this at his birthday party with 15 kids around 7 years of age playing on it. The kids all loved it! It was really spacious, has a basketball hoop, and a fantastic slide. This made the party a success!

This company was excellent!! They had the best price and awesome customer service. They arrived on time, set the bounce house up and they even set up tables and chairs for us which I did not expect. They also picked it all up without us even having to come back out after the party. They were truly amazing and made it so easy on us!! I highly recommend!! The kids all loved the bounce house!! It made the party a blast!!

Found them on the internet and what a top notch company. Couldn't have been happier with the way they handled my questions and concerns regarding the bounce house both on the phone and on site. We had 11 kids present for a family gathering, all under the age of 10, and they thoroughly enjoyed it. You will not be disappointed by any means!!!

I booked my event through a phone call and did not book on line because I had some questions. While I had to leave messages a couple of times before I got a call back, when I did get in touch with someone all of my questions were answered and it was a very easy process. On the day of the event, everything was delivered promptly. The work crew was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. My rentals were in great condition as well. A week before my daughter’s birthday, we decided we wanted to rent a bounce house with a water slide. JumpNJoy Inflatables had a good selection for what we felt was a reasonable price. I was able to email some questions and received a phone call that evening with answers. We had the bounce house from 10am-8pm. The guys who came to set it up were friendly and helpful. The kids had a BLAST! This was money well spent, and we would definitely rent from them again!

Kids had a fantastic time with their own bounce house, wore themselves out and every one of them went to bed early. Will definitely be keeping them in mind for other summertime events. My only "complaint" (that doesn't detract from a 5 star review) is that they were more than a day late picking up the rental. I wasn't charged for it so I didn't care, but there could've been more communication about when they would be picking it up. I hope they were just having a busy weekend because this company deserves it!
