A week before my daughter’s birthday, we decided we wanted to rent a bounce house with a water slide. JumpNJoy Inflatables had a good selection for what we felt was a reasonable price. I was able to email some questions and received a phone call that evening with answers. We had the bounce house from 10am-8pm. The guys who came to set it up were friendly and helpful. The kids had a BLAST! This was money well spent, and we would definitely rent from them again!

Everything was fantastic and I’m sure we will use again! Only wish I would have had a confirmation email at booking. I felt like I had no way to access my booking outside of keeping my contract web browser open.

This company was excellent!! They had the best price and awesome customer service. They arrived on time, set the bounce house up and they even set up tables and chairs for us which I did not expect. They also picked it all up without us even having to come back out after the party. They were truly amazing and made it so easy on us!! I highly recommend!! The kids all loved the bounce house!! Kids had a fantastic time with their own bounce house, wore themselves out and every one of them went to bed early. Will definitely be keeping them in mind for other summertime events. My only "complaint" (that doesn't detract from a 5 star review) is that they were more than a day late picking up the rental. I wasn't charged for it so I didn't care, but there could've been more communication about when they would be picking it up. I hope they were just having a busy weekend because this company deserves it!

I booked my event through a phone call and did not book on line because I had some questions. While I had to leave messages a couple of times before I got a call back, when I did get in touch with someone all of my questions were answered and it was a very easy process. On the day of the event, everything was delivered promptly. The work crew was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. My rentals were in great condition as well. We will definitely be renting again for our yearly party!

The fire station combo was amazing! My son had this at his birthday party with 15 kids around 7 years of age playing on it. The kids all loved it! It was really spacious, has a basketball hoop, and a fantastic slide. This made the party a success!

Found them on the internet and what a top notch company. Couldn't have been happier with the way they handled my questions and concerns regarding the bounce house both on the phone and on site.
